HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email from Mozmade with a tracking link. Simply click on the link to see real-time updates from the courier about your package’s journey.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER PLACING IT?
We process orders quickly to make sure you get your items as soon as possible. Unfortunately, that means once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. Please double-check your details before confirming your checkout.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If something’s not quite right, we’ll gladly accept a return as long as the item is in its original condition (tags attached, unworn, and not a clearance sale item). We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue you a store credit that never expires—so you can shop for a different size or something else you love!
THE ITEM I WANT IS SOLD OUT. WILL IT COME BACK?
Popular items go quickly! We often restock based on demand, so we recommend signing up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page. That way, you’ll be first to know when it returns.
I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS—CAN I FIX IT?
If you realize your address is incorrect, contact us immediately at support@Mozmade.com. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. However, if it’s already been packed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes.
I RECEIVED A WRONG OR FAULTY ITEM. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Oh no! We’re so sorry for the mix-up. Please email us at support@Mozmade.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, a photo of the item, and a short description of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE. CAN IT STILL BE APPLIED?
If you placed an order and forgot to apply your discount code, contact us right away with your order number and the promo code. We’ll do our best to apply it for you if your order is still within the eligibility window.
