Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellations before your order has been shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order is successfully canceled before dispatch, you will receive a full refund.
Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
Return Policy
At Mozmade, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused, in the same condition as received.
It must be returned in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Important:
Do not send your item back to the manufacturer. Please contact our customer support team at support@Mozmade.com to initiate the return and receive the correct return address.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to a change of mind or any reason caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
If the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Customers will only be charged once for shipping (this includes returns), and no restocking fees will be applied.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification from us. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Double-check your bank account or payment method.
Contact your credit card provider — processing may take a few days.
Reach out to your bank — there may be a delay in posting the refund.
